Prosecco Extra Dry, Guerrieri Rizzardi

Veneto, Italy

Bright and inviting, with aromas of white peach, fresh citrus and delicate blossom. There is a gentle ripeness to the fruit, but the overall personality remains lively, polished and effortlessly charming.

Fine bubbles give the palate a smooth, creamy feel, lifted by crisp acidity and a clean citrus finish. The Extra Dry style brings a soft touch of fruit sweetness without losing freshness, making this a wonderfully easy aperitif and a reliable bottle to keep chilled for impromptu celebrations.

For when: An ordinary Friday deserves a little sparkle.

Pairs with: Prosciutto, calamari, seafood canapés, arancini or soft cheeses with fresh herbs.

Guerrieri Rizzardi is a historic, family-run Veneto estate with roots stretching back centuries. Today, the thirteenth generation oversees vineyards across Bardolino, Valpolicella and Soave. For this Prosecco, Glera is selected from the cool hills of Farra di Soligo in Treviso, bringing freshness and poise to a generous, crowd-pleasing style.
