Your first case is sent straight away. After that, your subscription renews monthly on the same date, so you always know when to expect your next delivery.
What is the delivery charge?
Delivery is included in your subscription price. Your case will arrive via our trusted couriers, fully tracked from our door to yours.
How does my discount work?
As a Case Club member, you receive your exclusive discount across our entire range, excluding sale items, mixed cases, and Case Club subscriptions. Your discount is applied automatically whenever you’re logged into your account, no codes needed.
Can I buy a subscription as a gift?
Absolutely. The Case Club makes a brilliant gift. Just get in touch and we’ll arrange everything, including a personalised note for the first delivery.
Can I change my subscription?
Of course. You can switch between cases, update your wine preferences, pause a month, or cancel at any time through your account.
Will you let me know when sending the next box?
Yes. We’ll email you ahead of each monthly dispatch so you know what’s coming and when to expect delivery.
What if I don’t like a wine?
It happens, and that’s okay. If a bottle really isn’t for you, let us know. We want you to love what you receive, and we’ll always do our best to make it right and refine future selections to suit your taste.
