The Sacchetto family has been involved in wine for more than a century. Its modern story began with Sisto Sacchetto, who traded grapes and wine in Veneto before expanding into viticulture and production during the 1950s and 1960s.

Sisto’s son Filiberto developed the family business internationally, while the third generation, siblings Paolo and Beatrice, now leads the company from Trebaseleghe in the province of Padua. The winery combines its Veneto heritage with a progressive approach to production, packaging and changing drinking habits.

Sparkling wines have become an important part of Sacchetto’s identity, ranging from traditional Prosecco and Spumante to modern alcohol-free releases. Mille Bolle reflects this balance between tradition and innovation, offering familiar Italian fruit and freshness in a lighter, more inclusive style

Mille Bolle begins as a conventional aromatic sparkling-wine base. Following fermentation, the alcohol is gently removed using reverse osmosis. The wine is passed through a fine membrane under pressure, separating an aromatic concentrate from a mixture of water and alcohol.

The alcohol is removed from the second fraction before the remaining liquid is recombined with the concentrated wine. Water is then added to restore the desired volume, helping preserve the original aromas and freshness while reducing the alcohol.

The finished wine is held in stainless steel and given its lively sparkle through carbonation before bottling under natural cork.

Alcohol-free. Approximately 22 calories per 100ml. Serve well chilled at 6 to 8°C.
