The grapes are harvested and pressed using careful winemaking techniques, but the juice is never allowed to ferment. Instead, the fresh must is chilled to just above freezing and can be held for up to 12 months, preventing yeast activity and therefore preventing alcohol from forming. The juice is then blended for balance, filtered and finished with refined carbonation to create soft, fine bubbles. The finished drink is 0.0% alcohol, vegan, gluten-free, halal certified and made without added sugar.
