2025 'Tramari' Primitivo Rosé, San Marzano
Salice Salentino, Puglia, Italy
Coral Current
San Marzano’s 2025 Tramari is Primitivo in its sunlit rosé form: bright, polished and made for generous pouring. It opens with wild strawberry, raspberry, red cherry and pink grapefruit, with a soft floral lift and a little Mediterranean herb note that keeps it fresh rather than simple.
On the palate, it is crisp, dry and gently rounded, with juicy red fruit, citrus brightness and a clean saline finish. There is enough texture to make it feel satisfying, but the mood is all about ease, colour and coastal freshness. A proper summer rosé with southern Italian charm and a very convincing second-glass argument.

San Marzano is one of Puglia’s great modern success stories, rooted in the heartland of Primitivo and built on a deep connection with local growers. Tramari captures the brighter, more elegant side of the grape, drawing on Salento’s warm sunshine, sea breezes and easy Mediterranean rhythm to create a rosé that feels both stylish and joyfully drinkable.
