On the palate, it is crisp and fruit-driven, bursting with juicy peach, tropical hints and zesty lemon, balanced by a subtle creaminess from time spent on lees. Fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve those vibrant aromatics, it keeps its focus on freshness and drinkability.
