Generous and immediately inviting, this Chardonnay opens with ripe white peach, juicy melon and a gentle rush of tropical fruit. Red apple brings a fresher orchard note, giving the aromas definition and lift. Its unoaked style keeps the fruit clear and expressive, with an appealing ripeness that feels sunny and welcoming.

The palate is softly rounded, with a creamy texture and refreshing acidity that keeps each mouthful lively. Peach and melon carry through the middle, while a lingering apple note lends a clean finish. Enjoy it now for its youthful fruit and easy charm: an accommodating white with enough texture for supper and plenty of appeal on its own.

Pairs with: Roast chicken with tarragon, grilled sea bass with lemon butter, crab linguine, prawn and avocado salad, courgette risotto or a warm leek tart.

The grapes come from selected vineyards in Chile’s Valle Central, a broad winegrowing region encompassing Maipo, Rapel, Curicó and Maule. This regional selection gives Tierra Antica the flexibility to create a Chardonnay centred on ripe fruit, freshness and everyday drinking pleasure.

Tierra Antica is a Chilean wine range built around familiar grape varieties, approachable styles and good value. Its wines draw on a network of vineyards and winemaking expertise, with an emphasis on clear varietal character and consistency.
The Chardonnay comes from Valle Central, where warm days encourage generous fruit flavours and cooler evenings help preserve freshness. Careful grape selection and gentle handling underpin the style, producing wines that are welcoming from the first glass. This Chardonnay captures that philosophy through its rounded texture, bright fruit and uncomplicated drinking appeal.

The 2024 wine is made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from selected growers in Valle Central. Most grapes were picked by hand during the first week of March, with a small proportion harvested mechanically to help bring the fruit in while fresh.
Fermentation took place in stainless steel at controlled temperatures of 12–16°C, preserving the grape’s aromas and fruit character. The wine was made without oak, allowing its peach, melon and apple flavours to remain central to the finished style.
