In the glass it has aromas of gentle vanilla spice and white pepper.  Medium bodied with fresh and minty plum fruit flavours.

For those wine lovers who prefer the frankness of a single varietal to the erudition of a blend. The winemaker has taken parcels of fruit from across South Australia’s sun-drenched vineyards, and crafted wines of maximum freshness. They are the ultimate expression of varietal, and the perfect entry into Aussie wines.

The grapes were harvested at optimal maturity and fermented with selected yeasts in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine was vinified without any oak influence to preserve the pure fruit flavours.
