Grapes are sourced from select vineyard parcels across the Wairau and Awatere Valleys, where alluvial soils and cool Pacific breezes create the perfect conditions for expressive, aromatic Sauvignon Blanc. Fermented cool in stainless steel with minimal intervention, this wine celebrates purity and place,  a crisp, modern Marlborough classic that over-delivers in every sense.

Bishop’s Leap has been a firm favourite for our customers for many years. Made by Megan Simmons, this classic New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc punches above its weight in both style and price.

The grapes were pressed with minimal skin contact, to maintain the pure fruit flavours. The must was then cool fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel to retain its freshness and zesty character.
