Brigitte Cerveau is a small, family-run estate rooted in the northern reaches of Burgundy, where the chalky, fossil-rich soils of Chablis give Chardonnay its unmistakable purity and precision. Generations of the Cerveau family have tended these vineyards with respect for tradition and terroir, crafting wines that highlight the crisp minerality and clean lines that define the region.

Traditional vinification techniques were used to produce this Petit Chablis. The grapes were fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks preserving the primary flavours and characteristics of the terroir. The wine was kept on its fine lees in order to achieve the perfect balance between fruit and a rounded texture. Unoaked in style, the wine was aged in stainless steel for eight to 12 months.
