Evening Land has become one of Oregon’s most compelling names for site-driven Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with Seven Springs at the heart of its story in Eola Amity Hills. The 2023 Eola Amity Hills Chardonnay is a newer cuvée from the estate, raised in used French oak before time in stainless steel, and recent reviews point to exactly the style it suggests in the glass: ripe orchard and stone fruit, flint, vibrant acidity and a long, saline finish.
