Marion is a distinguished winery located in the Valpolicella region of Veneto, Italy. Under the guidance of Celestino Gaspari, who honed his craft under the legendary Giuseppe Quintarelli, Marion has established a reputation for producing wines of exceptional depth and character. The winery employs selective harvesting, partial drying techniques (appassimento), and long ageing in Slavonian oak barrels to develop structure and complexity.
Situated in the eastern hills of Valpolicella, Marion’s vineyards benefit from a unique microclimate and diverse soil composition, contributing to the complexity of their wines.
