Domaine de Cantagrils is based close to the Mediterranean in the Picpoul de Pinet appellation, where coastal influence plays a defining role in the wines. The vineyards sit on a mix of clay, chalky soils and gravel, helping to preserve freshness while bringing shape and mineral detail to the wine.
