An elegant and pale non-alcoholic sparkling Chardonnay, offering enticing aromas of crisp, ripe apple and pear. Beautifully balanced with a touch of sweetness undercut with just the right amount of acidity.
The grapes were fermented with carefully selected yeasts in stainless steel vats to retain the purity of fruit. The wine underwent ageing on the lees to impart delicate complexity before being crossflow and membrane filtered. The wine was gently dealcoholised via spinning cone technology and vacuum distillation. This method was pioneered in Germany by Carl Jung, a celebrated German brand known for crafting exceptional non-alcoholic wines. His ingenious vacuum technique delicately extracts alcohol at low temperatures, allowing the alcohol to be separated while preserving the wine's distinct aromas and flavours. The wine was then gently carbonated using a system that enabled delicate bubbles to be incorporated into the wine that mimic those found in quality sparkling wines
