The 2024 Riesling from Josef Chromy is a pristine and finely sculpted expression of Tasmania’s cool-climate purity, vibrant, aromatic, and uncompromisingly elegant. On the nose, it opens with piercing clarity: fresh lime juice and zest are layered with delicate notes of honeysuckle, jasmine, and juicy nectarine, all lifted by a subtle chalky minerality. The palate is dry and tightly focused, offering a mouthwatering array of citrus and stone fruit such as lime, white peach, and nectarine, all interwoven with hints of fresh mint and wet stone.
