2010 Port Mourant Guyana Rum, Bristol Classic Rums

Distilled in 2010 at Guyana’s renowned Diamond Distillery using the historic double wooden pot still from the original Port Mourant distillery, this rum was matured for 11 years in refill American oak casks before being bottled in 2021 at 45% ABV. The result is a refined spirit that embodies the rich heritage and complexity characteristic of Bristol’s selections.

In the glass, it presents a pale golden hue, indicative of its maturation. The nose offers an inviting bouquet of star anise, ripe raspberries, pineapple, vanilla, and honey, creating a harmonious and enticing aroma. On the palate, it delivers a well-balanced profile, featuring notes of oak spice, toffee, mango, black pepper, and vanilla, culminating in a smooth and lingering finish.
