Domaine Grand Veneur, founded in 1826 by the Jaume family, is one of the most respected names in Châteauneuf-du-Pape and a benchmark for consistency and quality in the southern Rhône. The ‘Le Miocène’ cuvée, named after the ancient geological era that formed the region’s stony soils, blends Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre from old vines rooted in a mosaic of galets, sand and clay-limestone.
