Old Vines Wines
Old vines don't just survive - they concentrate. Decades of deep root systems, lower yields and hard-won equilibrium produce wines with a texture and complexity that younger vineyards simply cannot replicate. Whether labelled Old Vine, Vieilles Vignes, Vecchie Viti or simply carrying the quiet confidence of age, every bottle in this collection comes from vineyards with something to say. From Boekenhoutskloof Semillon on vines planted in 1902 to Elderton's Helbig Shiraz from 1915, and Jean Foillard's Morgon from 60-year-old vines in Beaujolais, these are wines worth seeking out.
