2023 Pouilly Fume, Chateau de Tracy

Château de Tracy is a historic wine estate, regarded by many as one of the finest producers of Sauvignon Blanc in the Loire.  Château de Tracy’s Pouilly-Fumé remains a benchmark of the appellation, elegant, precise, and deeply expressive, it captures the purity and complexity of Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc at its finest.

In the glass, it opens with a lifted bouquet of white flowers, lime blossom, grapefruit zest, and fresh-cut grass, underpinned by subtle flinty minerality, a hallmark of the Kimmeridgian and silex-rich soils.
