Pale gold in the glass, this is Sauvignon Blanc at its most refined and expressive. Aromas of white peach, grapefruit and gooseberry mingle with crushed stone, flint smoke and a touch of wild herbs. The palate is pure energy with razor-sharp citrus and green apple gliding across a silken texture, with layers of minerality and subtle oak spice adding depth and tension. The finish is long, savoury and electric.

Buisson Renard is one of Didier Dagueneau’s most distinctive expressions of Pouilly-Fumé, crafted by his son Louis-Benjamin from low-yielding vines on flinty, silex soils. Wild-yeast fermentation and long ageing in fine oak give the wine its trademark balance between precision and texture. The 2022 vintage captures the domaine’s hallmark luminosity, wild fruit, mineral purity and a quiet, magnetic power.
