Vinification took place in stainless steel vats with traditional ageing. Malolactic conversion was carefully avoided to showcase the House’s fresh signature style and preserve the naturally fruity aromas. Bottling took place late spring following the harvest, prior to aging on the lees in the cellar, for a minimum of four years. Dosage was precisely adjusted to balance freshness and vinosity without compromising the wine's character and purity. Post-disgorgement, this cuvée was returned to the cellars for at least six months to allow the smooth integration of the 6g/l dosage.
