Olivier Ravier, a highly regarded Beaujolais winemaker, is celebrated for his meticulous vineyard work and elegant, terroir-driven style. His old Gamay vines in Fleurie thrive on granitic, pink sand soils that lend the wines their hallmark floral perfume and silky texture. Harvested by hand and fermented traditionally with semi-carbonic maceration, the wines are then aged gently in stainless steel to preserve freshness and fruit purity.
