This cuvée comes from the two Premier Crus of Trépail and Villers- Marmery, which are highly reputed for their Chardonnays with citrus, mineral, and floral notes.

Founded in 1947 and historically established in Reims, Palmer & Co is rooted in the greatest terroirs of the Montagne de Reims with over 200 hectares of vineyards classified as Premier and Grand Crus. Dominated by the freshness and purity of Chardonnay, the Palmer & Co style is characterised by its precision and elegance. The significant proportion of reserve wines and the prolonged ageing give it a rare fullness and maturity. Today Palmer & Co is one of the top-quality references of Champagne, renowned for its signature style of aromatic complexity and refinement as well as its innovative approach to blending, sustainable winegrowing, and a long maturing process for both vintage and non-vintage cuvées. Champagne Palmer is certified sustainable by Haute Valeur Environmentale and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne (VDC).

Cellar master Xavier Berdin skilfully blends varieties, growths and reserve wines with
harmony and passion, until the perfect balance is reached: the epitome of the Palmer
& Co. style. The Chardonnay grapes were carefully hand-harvested, and vinification
took place in the traditional method. This cuvée was composed of a high proportion of
reserve wines, typically 30-35%. It was then bottle-aged for four to five years on the lees,
in the 18-metre-deep chalk cellars which imbued the wine with incredible complexity.
