Cuvee Rose with Luxury Gift Box, Champagne Carbon

This is rosé Champagne with glamour turned all the way up. Dressed in Champagne Carbon’s signature carbon fibre bottle and presented in a luxury gift box, it makes a serious entrance, but the wine itself has more than enough substance to match the style. Made from 50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier, with around six years on lees, it brings together richness, precision and a wonderfully sleek sense of texture.

The nose opens on wild strawberry, raspberry and blood orange, then deepens into something more layered and intriguing, with dried flowers, orange peel, spice and a gently earthy, mineral edge. On the palate, it feels fine-boned yet expressive, with red berry fruit, citrus zest and a subtle savoury note running through the middle. There is a lovely creamy breadth to it, but the finish stays bright, pure and exact, giving the wine both charm and shape. Luxurious, yes, but still taut and beautifully composed.

For when: the table looks immaculate, the mood is celebratory, and the bottle needs to feel like part of the event.
Pairs with: smoked salmon, tuna tartare, delicate fish dishes, or anything with citrus, herbs and a little elegance.
