Agricola Punica is one of Sardinia’s most celebrated wine estates, a collaboration born of vision, pedigree, and passion. Founded in 2002, the project united some of Italy’s most revered names: Sebastiano Rosa of Tenuta San Guido (the home of Sassicaia), legendary oenologist Giacomo Tachis, and the Santadi Cooperative, already renowned for its world-class Carignan from the Sulcis region. Together, they set out to create wines that would capture the spirit of Sardinia with the finesse of Italy’s greatest reds.

The estate lies in the southwest corner of Sardinia, in the rugged Sulcis hills near Santadi and Narcao — an area defined by its Mediterranean scrub, maritime winds, and sandy, mineral-rich soils.
