Masút Vineyard & Winery was founded by Ben and Jake Fetzer, third-generation members of the legendary Fetzer winemaking family. The brothers established the estate in Mendocino County’s rugged Redwood Valley, where they focus on small-lot, estate-grown wines that reflect the wild beauty and cool-climate finesse of the region. The Masút estate vineyard, planted on hillside slopes at elevations up to 1,200 feet, benefits from Pacific Ocean influences, long growing seasons, and sustainably farmed soils, making it an ideal location for producing vibrant, expressive wines.

The 2023 Masút Chardonnay is a beautifully balanced wine that showcases the varietal’s natural brightness and depth while maintaining restraint and elegance. Sourced from the estate’s cooler blocks, the fruit was gently pressed and fermented with native yeasts, then aged in a combination of French oak and stainless steel to preserve freshness while building texture.
