Domaine Antonin Guyon, based in Savigny-lès-Beaune, is one of Burgundy’s great family estates, a benchmark for classical, terroir-driven winemaking across both the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. Founded in the 1960s by Antonin Guyon, the domaine remains in the hands of his sons Dominique and Michel, who have elevated the estate to one of the region’s most consistent and respected producers.

The Carougeot vineyard lies just below the village of Gevrey-Chambertin, where limestone-rich soils and cool breezes from the Combe de Lavaux yield wines that balance structure and elegance. Hand-harvested fruit is fermented in small vats and aged for around 15 months in French oak (approximately 30% new), creating a wine of depth, clarity and classic Gevrey tension.
