From the meticulous hands of Olivier Lamy, Les Tremblots is drawn from old Chardonnay vines rooted in shallow limestone soils just below the Puligny premier crus. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in large, neutral oak barrels, the 2023 shows Olivier’s hallmark balance of texture and minerality, resulting in a wine that hums with quiet tension and crystalline focus.

A warm growing season tempered by timely rainfall allowed for perfectly balanced fruit, ripe yet vibrant, expressive yet refined. In Puligny, the best growers produced Chardonnays of lift, linearity and textural poise, wines that speak both of place and precision.
