Buisson Renard is one of Didier Dagueneau’s most distinctive expressions of Pouilly-Fumé, crafted by his son Louis-Benjamin from low-yielding vines on flinty, silex soils. Wild-yeast fermentation and long ageing in fine oak give the wine its trademark balance between precision and texture.
