The playful label was inspired by the bullants, which are known to harass vineyard workers.  This 2022 vintage is a ripe, full-bodied wine that has benefited from 15 months of oak maturation. It shows aromas reminiscent of plums and chocolate with a touch of earthy complexity.  The palate is rich and full of black fruits and has a long, soft finish.

A wine that could partner a cheese plate equally as well as a rare fillet steak. It is drinking well now, but will age gracefully for the remainder of this decade.
