From its perch near the historic Donoratico Tower, Campo alle Comete has discovered one of Bolgheri’s most exciting new sub-zones. Planted at 230 metres above sea level, these vineyards sit among the highest in the DOC, blessed with sea breezes and abundant sunshine that create perfect natural balance. Crafted from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Cabernet Franc, the wine spends 18 months in French oak, one-third new, developing its supple texture and polished depth.
