Château Canon sits atop the limestone plateau just west of Saint-Émilion, commanding one of Bordeaux’s most revered terroirs. The 2019 vintage, a near-perfect growing season, delivered small berries of intense concentration balanced by vivid freshness. The blend, roughly 74% Merlot and 26% Cabernet Franc, was aged in 50% new French oak, shaping a wine of incredible harmony and texture.
