Crafted from the Castel Ringberg vineyard above Lake Caldaro, Aton is the pinnacle of Elena Walch’s estate, a rare Riserva produced only in exceptional vintages. The 2018 vintage was cool and even, allowing for slow, balanced ripening that preserved Pinot’s hallmark perfume and precision. The wine was matured for 12 months in new French barriques and a further 18 months in bottle, evolving its signature harmony and length. Presented in a three-bottle gift box, this is a collector’s expression of Alto Adige elegance,  a wine that speaks softly but leaves a lasting impression.
