Layers of preserved apricot and lemon-zest, with touches of caramel and candied peel, glide through a silky mid-palate into a long, honey-edged finish. There is an elegant maturity here, the youthful brightness has given way to depth and resonance, while retaining enough freshness to stay vibrant rather than tired.
